The service

Cardemon, operated by PulseApps LLC, identifies trading cards and displays market price estimates. Prices are informational estimates derived from market data — they are not offers to buy, guarantees of value, or financial advice.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for activity on your account. Cardemon Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; cancellation and refunds are handled by the relevant store.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of pricing data, or use of the app in violation of law.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering names and card artwork are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. Cardemon is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Wizards of the Coast.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseApps LLC is not liable for decisions made based on price estimates or for indirect or consequential damages.
