End User License Agreement

License

PulseApps LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Cardemon app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms under which you obtained it.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app; reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law permits it; or use the app to build a competing dataset or service.

Ownership

The app, including its recognition technology and databases, remains the property of PulseApps LLC. This license grants use, not ownership.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the app. Provisions on ownership and liability survive termination.
